I’ve
known Tyree since early 2003. We had similar interests, and he’s also from my
hometown of Independence, Missouri. And as such, we like to have fun at the
expense of Mormons, exploding meth labs, and white trash degenerates. Although
he likes the heavier spectrum of music, he does get all goth every now and again
with his love of Lacuna Coil, Type O Negative, and Evanescence.
And if being goth isn’t silly enough for you, he’s also into role playing games
like L5R (whatever the hell that is). If you know people like this, it also
isn’t much of a stretch of ye olde imagination to assume that he’s a Renaissance
Festival geek, complete with suede p
ants
and velvet cape. To top it all off, he’s a professional actor and has a degree
to prove it!! Hehe
Now one would be inclined to draw the obvious conclusion…hmmm, goth, gaming, Ren-Fest,
actor….he must be gay. On the contrary, he’s all about the back-door redheads
and bukkake, with a side order of tea-bagging.
Because of him, I now like to slip in the occasional fancy word to my everyday
conversation like “purloin” or “vestibule”. He’s an excellent writer and is
currently working on getting a book published. But until he’s rich and famous
on account of his literary masterpieces or appearing in a sequel to
Disorderlies, he is content to spend his spare time doing theater plays and
chasing ghosts in old abandoned buildings during his late-night work shifts.
So to this master thespian, I raise a smoked turkey leg and leather mug of hand
crafted ale, and give thee a hearty HUZZZZAAH!!!
